what was likely a very emotional telephone call with her son. he has been on va.'s death row. she got to tell him that he has a chance to get his life back. >> it has been really hard. you have to keep the faith. >> joy can finally sit aside her outrage. he was wrongfully convicted in a murder for hire plot that sent him to death row. >> for him to live like that, for the past 10 years knowing that he is innocent, is unbearable. it is torture. >> in march of 2001, justin wolff was accused of hiring someone to kill is marijuana supplier. he is now serving a life term

for that murder he was the prosecution's key witness. he rested all the blame on wolf. the prosecution was aware of this false testimony and also noted that evidence was suppressed. >> how the prosecution done their duty, my son would never have been convicted. he would never have been sent to death row. >> she is hopeful that this horrible journey will soon end and her son will be home and once again in her arms. >> i have been dreaming about that for years. i am ready to see what that is going to be like. >> prosecutor told me he respectfully disagrees with the judge's decision and is? the attorney general to file an appeal. he also told me that if necessary, and he will refile charges in this case. what is next for him?

with performing sex acts with a minor. >> it is very concerning. it makes you worry about the activities. >> the mother of a latest victim told police her daughter had been sexually assaulted by a climbing instructor. he had been the girl's instructor for more than a year. >> if it happened at the same place twice in a short period of time. >> the arrests followed the arrest of a head coach. talking about a tournament party. he is charged with 12 counts involving a 14-year-old girl. >> according to a police report, he was -- they began having a sexual relationship and march.
